Do you suffer from anxiety?
Find out how to get immediate relief from your anxiety without drugs or side effects.
Anxiety serves as our internal "smoke alarm".
It tells us that something is wrong and that we need to change it.
But like a real life smoke alarm, it's hard to think straight while it's blaring.
Once we have been alerted to the problem, we need a way to dismiss our anxiety so that we have the clarity necessary to work toward a solution.
I've been treating people for anxiety for almost 20 years.
And I'm excited to share a simple technique with you that provides immediate relief from the stressful symptoms of anxiety.
I have used this technique in my private practice to successfully treat hundreds of patients.
What kinds of issues can trigger anxiety that is treatable?
The symptoms of anxiety can be triggered by many causes.
Here are a few examples:
Finanical - the loss of a job or starting a new job
Performance - the fear of failure at school or on the job
Relationships - break ups or communication problems
Parenting and family issues
Lack of balance - overwhelmed with work, or lack of free time
Illness - the fear of an illness or feeling vulnerable during an illness
Grief - the loss of a loved one
How does the treatment work?
The treatment that I use helps to reduce and eliminate your anxiety symptoms.
It shuts off your emotional reaction so you can focus on fixing the underlying problem.
It works by triggering a chemical release that disrupts the reaction pattern that you have been stuck on.
Then it helps you adjust your thought process so you become calmer and more self assured.
How long does the treatment last?
Remarkably, the effects of this technique will last long past the treatment session.
The treatment is aimed at the specific issue that you have.
As long as you move into action to change the problem at hand, your symptoms should not return.
However if you do not attend to the problem, the symptoms are likely to return.
Once you learn to use this simple method, you can use it on your own to help you with other issues that may come up.

"I found this technique to be extremely helpful for me to relax from a stressful situation, or to become less depressed.
I would find that it boosted my spirit for the rest of the day."
- L.B. - Santa Barbara, California
"Carla introduced me to this technique about two years ago and it has definitely
changed my life forever. As someone who deals with anxiety as a result of my
abusive childhood, obsessive-compulsive tendencies, perfectionism and high
standards for relationships, this method has allowed me to take a step back and
change my approach to certain situations. When I am faced with anxiety about
something, a session results in a clearer and calmer mind and most
importantly, a better outcome! I've also experienced that I often
don't revisit that same cause of anxiety ever again, and in those cases I do, my approach
is ever changed for the better. I HIGHLY recommend Carla's approach to
anxiety reduction!"

"Carla's method has given me a concrete, easy to use, effective tool to manage and reduce my anxiety.
I stay functional in situations that used to overwhelm me.
I am not helpless any more and I don't have to hide out, alone.
Now, I can get in the game and play with the other kids in the sand box. That is a great gift."
- Marty K - Santa Barbara
"Finally, something that really helps me control my anxiety!
I found it very easy to use any time."

"Thank you Carla for introducing me to this technique! I feel so much calmer now.
My anxiety was so bad that I couldn't really do anything but obsess on my worries.
They don't control me now."
- J.M. - Royersford, Pennsylvania
