For the past 20 years I have helped many people reduce and eliminate their anxiety.
My method involves quickly identifying the irrational thoughts that cause your anxiety and applying specialized techniques that bring about immediate relief.
Most clients begin to experience changes in our first session.
I believe anxiety is a helpful signal that tells us something is wrong and that we need to change it.
But it is difficult to make changes when we are feeling anxious.
The techniques I use help to quiet the symptoms of anxiety so you can function more normally and begin working toward a solution to the underlying problem.
Through my training and private practice experience in the San Francisco Bay Area, I have worked with ethnically, economically, and sexually diverse populations.
My style is dynamic and interactive and I offer a safe and non-judgmental environment to explore your issues.
